1. Automatic Bending System
- This system bends the required angel by inputing the digits of thickness and required angle of Busbar.
- It will automatically bend the busbar and return back to its original position without any additional operation
2. Cutting System ( Shearing Type)
- This Shearing system do not make the wastage.
- Cutting up to 220mm X 12mm.
- Cut very rapidly and efficiency.
3. Punching System
Using the Vertical Ruler Bar and Horizontal Ruler Bar, you could punch every place on the busbar very rapidly
and accurately. This system reduce the punching time 3 times faster compare than the existing model.
4. Useful Utilities
Sensor for Bending Angle Fixture. After the bending processing you will be acquired all the same Angle degree.
Molds Shelf : You can safely keep the punches and Dies.
Convenient Stop Bar System
The end of stop bar could pop up to easily pull out the Busbar after cutting and bending.
